Assembly

 

 ADAC’s assembly systems are designed and developed to perform multiple assembly functions and test procedures within a single system. ADAC uses advanced automation, robotic technology and software programming to produce components in dedicated assembly cells. The assembly cells incorporate multiple error-proofing and testing features to enhance quality and increase production throughput.

Design

 

With ADAC's comprehesive design services, our customers can count on quality products time after time.  Our design resources include:

  • Support of most CAD systems including SDRC, Unigraphics and Catia
  • MoldFlow
  • Finite Element Analysis
  • Crash Simulation
  • Optical Simulation

 ADAC's in-house design staff works extensively with our Engineering staff to optimize product design for performance and cost.

Engineering

 

 ADAC products are built to perform.  From concept to launch, each product goes through a series of systems so that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers.  Our in-house Engineering staff is equipped with a suite of tools to promote robust designs, cost-effective solutions and on-time execution.
